Job Description

As an integral member of the team, the Analyst will support the Global Investors Group (“GIG”) with investor relations, servicing, and due diligence efforts. GIG is responsible for capital raising across all funds and separate accounts, and oversees all investor communications with both prospective and existing investors.

This role will play a critical function in scaling the team’s ability to respond to increasing investor diligence demands by improving the efficiency, consistency, and quality of DDQ, RFP, and document request processes through enhanced systems, data management, and responsible use of AI tools. The position requires outstanding communication and analytical skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver timely, accurate, and investor-ready materials.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the investor inquiry inbox, ensuring timely, organized, and professional responses to incoming requests, and tracking items across internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively prepare investor and prospect profiles to brief internal stakeholders ahead of meetings, synthesizing third-party research, historical interactions, and relationship intelligence.
  • Leverage and help implement AI-enabled tools and workflow solutions to streamline DDQ completion, document management, and knowledge retrieval, driving scalable efficiencies while adhering to firm policies and quality standards.
  • Manage prospective investor DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc diligence requests end-to-end, including intake, tracking, coordination of internal stakeholders, and final delivery—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for DDQ and document request workflows, improving process efficiency, reducing turnaround time, and enhancing quality control across responses.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the firm’s RFP/DDQ response database, partnering with subject matter experts to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with evolving investor expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize investor servicing processes, including data organization, response libraries, and document management systems.
  • Collaborate with investment, accounting, finance, and compliance teams to develop consistent, high-quality responses and investor materials.
  • Support broader Investor Relations and Capital Raising initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in applicable experience in private equity real estate and/or investor relations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in the San Antonio office.
  • Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities.
  • Ability to work with data.
  • Ability to work with tight delivery deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Superior organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, accuracy, aptitude, poise, and maturity.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and possess a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
