We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Developer IT Applications to join our dynamic Security/Technology/Services ("STS") team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Customize SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.
• Power Apps Development: Create and manage custom applications using Power Apps. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Power Automate Development: Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Copilot Studio Development: Utilize Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and Copilot for M365 to build and integrate intelligent automation solutions that enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development.

Skills:

• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and best practices. 
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot for M365, Copilot Agents, and AI-driven development.
• Strong understanding of API integration, Microsoft cloud tools, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site full-time
• Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level

Certifications: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate are a plus.
