Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Portfolio Management Analytics (PMA). The individual will work closely with the Program Manager, Program Management Office, and IT on Enterprise-wide solutions to help drive successful project outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

 

Project Management and Governance – Manage PMA projects across the organization, focusing on project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines. Make data-driven, prioritized decisions to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

 

Project Stewardship – Facilitate the adoption of best practices in project management across the organization. Help develop, document, and standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.

 

Project Coordination - Guide a team of associates through the project lifecycle, resolving day-to-day issues, keeping the project on schedule, and improving overall workflow by implementing process enhancements.

 

Strategy Support - Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects, helping to align project goals with business objectives while maximizing resources and minimizing risks. Ensure high-quality results through effective project execution and involving the right stakeholders.

 

Collaboration - Partner with business units, external vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

 

Reporting - Track project progress, identify potential issues, and report on performance to stakeholders and leadership. Provide clear, concise project updates and resolve conflicts or obstacles to keep the team productive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working in project management.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills and the ability to present information effectively at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods.
  • Ability to work across multiple, distributed, functional groups.
  • Strong enterprise-wide vision (seeing the big picture) with strong attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for understanding organization operations and culture and the related functional capabilities of implemented enterprise applications (custom and off-the-shelf).
  • Familiarity with standard software development methods (SDLC, Agile, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Visio) and an aptitude for technology.
  • Must be willing to work on-site full-time.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or real estate investment industry.
  • Certifications or relevant training in any of the following areas: Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, PMP, or Quality Management
